How Can I Book an Appointment?
The easiest way to book your appointment is to use our scheduling app by clicking the Book Now button on the site header. “Book Now”.
Appointment requests by phone or text are also welcomed.

Is a Deposit Required?
Deposits are not required. Payment is made by you once the media is delivered and accepted. We accept various forms of payment.

What if I Need to Cancel?
Cancellations and reschedules to not incur a fee if cancelled 12 hours prior to the appointment time. There is never a fee for cancellations due to weather

Do You Accept Last Minute Appts?
If scheduling permits we will accomodate last minute and same day appointments. There is not additional fee for these appointments.

The Time I Need is Not Available?
If you absolutely need a certain time and it is not available, please call, email or text and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments should be rescheduled or cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
If you anticipate weather issues, please reschedule as early as possible.

How Should I Prepare?
Clean surfaces and remove as much clutter as possible. Move unsightly items closets or cabinets. It is recommended that you have a professional cleaning prior to the appointment.
Turn on all lights and dimmers to 100%. Curtains drawn and blinds at your preference. Turn off all fans.

Do I Get to Review the Photos?
Yes, after the appointment you will able to review the photos, make changes and reshoot additional photos.
Photo counts are flexible within the appointment time frame and we will do our best to accomodate change requests before and during the shoot.

Product Delivery?
Most products are delivered within 24 hours, typically the following morning. Saturday and Sunday appts have a 48 hour turnaround.
Video product deliver is on a project by project basis, usually within 48 hours of the appointment.
